By accessing betwinner-khelo.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or using any feature of the bet winner platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bet winner.

The following rules apply to all sports and esports bets placed on the bet winner platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed through the betslip. Bet winner does not cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Minimum and maximum stake: The minimum bet is Rs 200 for standard markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• Odds at placement: The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that will be used for settlement. In-play odds may update rapidly — the odds confirmed on your betslip are final for your bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Void bets: A bet is voided and the stake returned in full if: an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date within 72 hours; a market is suspended before the event starts due to a pricing error; an event is determined to have been played in controlled circumstances that affected its integrity.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours, bets will generally stand on the rescheduled date. If the event does not take place within 72 hours, all bets on that event are voided.

Either you or bet winner may close your account at any time. The following conditions apply:

Bet winner provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banking infrastructure).
• Losses from bets placed by a third party who accessed your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

Bet winner's total liability to any player in any calendar month is capped at the total amount deposited by that player during that month, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits bet winner's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter where limitation is prohibited by law.

Bet winner reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:
